What is the estimated delivery time for my order?
We highly prioritize our customer experience and timely deliveries hold utmost importance. We yearn to deliver your orders within 5-7 working days.
Are my orders eligible for return?
Perfumes are non-returnable commodities. However you can only claim a return if your product is completely unopened and unused. Or incase you receive a damaged product take a video of it while unboxing and we will be happy to replace it.

How to cancel an order after it has been placed?
Cancellation is only possible prior to shipping, once the order is shipped, cancellation is no longer an option.

How long lasting are these perfumes?
Our formulations are designed meticioulusly to have a long lasting wear. All our perfumes must give you 7+ hours of wear time.
However the nature of the ingredients and the conditions of the weather are such factors that could affect the longevity.
Perfumes with ingredients like citrus and with a fresher profile usually due to their effervescent nature fade off faster.
Whereas perfumes that contain ingredients like oud, patchouli, ambroxan etc. or lets say with a darker profile have a much longer wear, sometimes for more that 24 hours.
Why does my perfume's scent differ from my previous bottle?
At Nivaro Parfums, our formulations contain natural ingredients where natural aging may lead to slight scent variations between batches.
Storage conditions may affect the perfume – heat and light exposure can cause a reaction with the natural ingredients and therefore affect the scent.
